Shipping:



United States:

  • LifelineUSA's order processing center is based in Madison, WI.
  • Shipping quotes are generated automatically by the Lifeline website in the checkout process.
  • Please allow 1-4 days for your order to process and ship from LifelineUSA. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. (9 business days total).
  • Orders over $500 may require an additional 2 days to process. (11 business days total).
  • To designate customer managed shipping options, designate "customer pickup"; and then contact Lifeline by phone to coordinate your pickup.
  • Next Day Shipping = All orders placed after 8:00am central time will be processed and shipped the following Business Day.
  • We are closed for business on weekends and all major holidays, which do not count as shipping days. For example: Overnight packages shipped on Friday will arrive Monday.

  • International:

    • All pricing on the Lifeline web site is on an EX-Works basis (INCOTERMS EXW)  Madison , Wisconsin USA; meaning that all freight, taxes, import duty, forwarding and import documentation costs from our warehouse door are the responsibility of the international purchaser.

     

    Shipping Quotes:

    • To get the most accurate and up to date price quote for shipping please place all the product you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. View the cart and at the bottom of that page you can then enter your postal code to receive a shipping quote. The quote is generated using weight, dimension and your shipping destination information transmitted to our various couriers.
    • International orders shipped by Lifeline will ship by Fed Ex International only.
    • PO Box mailing addresses must use US Mail.  Note:  Kettlebells cannot be shipped via US Mail.


    Customer Pickup:

    • Customer pickup orders that are not picked up within 10 business days of order placement will be returned to inventory
    • A 25% of order value FEE will be charged for canceled customer pickup orders or orders not picked up within 10 business days
    • Customer pickup from Lifeline's corporate distribution center at 404 Holtzman Road, Madison, WI 53713


    Backorders:

    • Backordered product is for purchase, and will be shipped to you once it arrives and is back in inventory.
    • Credit card charges will be authorized at the time of purchase but will NOT be assessed until the product is shipped.

    Returns & Replacements:


    1. Contact customer service at 80-553-6633 or by email to execute a return and receive an RGA number.
    2. Products must be in “like new” condition and have been purchased from LifelineUSA within the last 90 days.
      1. Products not purchased directly from Lifeline may not be returned to Lifeline.  Contact the distributor they were purchased from to execute a return or exchange.


    Product Defects & Flaws:

    • LifelineUSA offers a Lifetime Warranty on Lifeline product defects or flaws.
      • Normal wear and tear are not covered after 90 days
      • Product damage due to misuse is not covered and may be dangerous. Always follow product instructions.

    • This website price list constitutes an offer to sell. Prices are subject to change without notice. LifelineUSA reserves the right to change or improve the design of any product at any time without notice. Most LifelineUSA products contain 100% natural latex rubber.

      • In order to provide the safest shopping experience possible, LifelineUSA requires that customers create an account in order to place an order. This process is seamless and can take less than a minute upon checkout when placing your first order. Once an account has been created, LifelineUSA will use cookies ONLY while you are visiting our web site in order to keep track of who you are as you move throughout the web site.

      • Customers who do not create an account may still check out but waive the ability to access order history, shipping status, and other online convenience services
