Returns and Exchanges: if you have 
a product or products that you need to return, contact our customer service department between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Otherwise, please fax in your request to 608-288-9294.
We will apply a credit to your account for the returned product within 30 days of returning.
We will have a restocking fee for any orders returned after 30 days (restocking fee chart to follow).

We will not accept any returns after 90 days have passed unless there is a quality issue with the product.
If Lifeline International errors, we will set up a call tag and pay the shipping for the return. Also, all products must be returned in new condition for resale. if it is not resalable, then we cannot issue credit for the return.
Drop Ships: Lifeline International will add on a $7.00 handling fee for all drop shipped orders.
