Fitness Cables

I didn't know what a fitness cable should feel like until I tried yours. It doesn't even say it is made by you on the cables or the handles!? My trainer told me the way to tell is by the 'plugs' - only Lifeline cables have 'plugs'.. The thing I noticed was your cables create smooth resistance all the way through the movement/stretching where the cables I was using stop almost like there's a rope inside them. I'm replacing all my home cables with yours. You should put your label on them so people can find you easier! Thanks ~ Kristy from Miami

I was reading your feedback and comments about your lifeline cables. I have to say, I thought it was just my imagination, but I was sure your cables had a much different, real feel to the resistance. Now I read others have noticed the same thing. I'm a fitness trainer and bought a few cables from other companies but they always do just stop moving after you pull them a few inches. I tried yours by accident and am still trying to figure out how you got them to move more like a real wieght...and be more consistent throughout the entire lenght of the pull. I've now purchased a whole set and am recommending them to clients. Your cables have changed my entire response to the cable system idea. I actually now prefer them to my free wieghts--something I thought you'd never hear come out of my mouth.

I have just returned from a lecturing tour of Singapore, Korea, and Japan. As usual, the Lifeline exercises were the hit of the clinics. I sent my demonstration sample to the Singapore Athletic Association. I wanted to let you know how very satisfied and impressed I've been with Lifeline products over the years. I've been using your equipment almost from the very inception of the company years ago and have yet to be dissatisfied or disappointed with either the product or the service. I'm always keeping a sharp eye out for new and innovative equipment to add to my training "toolbox", so I've looked into most of the imitations and comparable products out there. Some are decent, but I've yet to find any that surpass Lifeline for quality, durability, functional practicality, and value, the best by far. I've literally been a life long customer and will continue to be. Keep up the good work.

Excuses be gone, I am in my 60s and I have been using a Lifeline gym for over 30 years. I have purchased over 15 of these gyms over the years to use and to give to my kids and friends. I have purchased all the strengths and colors to use for different exercises. I have been using the black cable with the highest tensions and I have traveled around the world with it. Everyone always asks how I stay in such good shape and after they see me do a workout they can't believe all the exercises that I can do with a Lifeline gym. I recently purchased a new set of handles that allows you to use three cables to get even more resistance. (I can't believe how much more resistance you can acquire with the 3 cable handles. Up to 300 lbs, THIS IS INSANE!!) I was just recently asked how I like the new handles and my only response was to say I don't like them, I LOVE THEM!!! Easy and fast to change resistance from low to high in seconds. The other great thing about the new handles is they roll with you unlike the old models where it was one piece. (I am noticing that my calluses are going away.) There are no more excuses about cables not giving you enough resistance to grow or get a good workout. You can work every part of your body at home or in a hotel for the cost of one months gym membership. I have just ordered 7 more light sets for my grand kids to give a start with their sports. I've never liked the inconsistency of bands - easy at the beginning and tougher at the end. But Lifeline Fitness Cables have changed my mind. Their unique manufacturing process makes a fitness band that feels different from anything else on the market. These bands pull the same at the beginning of a row as at the end. They're also much more resistant to the inevitable tears and breads that make band training nerve racking to the safety-minded trainer.
