in soccer we used to use medicine balls which i found very affective for my core strength so i got some from lifelineusa that are the perfect size and weight with texture for grip that i need to get through dorm life. thanks. - Erin (Wisconsin)

World and Olympic Wrestling Coach trains with LifelineUSA equipment

Just a quick note to let you know how great your exercise equipment has been for me over so many years. I can even go way back to the days as a National Team member in the early 80's using the first versions of the ropes and cables. ...equipment that you developed has been excellent to train with for me and all of the athletes I've coached. As a multiple time World and Olympic Coach, I have taken the cables to every corner of the earth and trained athletes and myself while traveling on tours and international events.
Since coming back to the Univ. of Iowa and now Cornell as a coach, I continue to use your equipment for a very important part of our cross training for wrestling. ... thanks so much for everything you have done for USA Wrestling, and the athletes and coaches that represent the United States of America!
