Indian Clubs
Indian Club swinging originated from soldiers in India for improving strength, agility, balance and physical ability. They lost popularity in the 20s due to sports and games, but are coming back in a big way. For something different, try your hand at some old school, new age fitness training.

They strengthen your back and shoulders with their unique shape and off-center weight. They help increase shoulder mobility and range of motion, as well as improve elbow and wrist flexibility. Our synthetic clubs have a more precise weight tolerance and won't break, crack or chip so they work better and last longer than wood clubs.

Lifeline Indian Clubs come with a great 35 minute DVD by Dr. Ed Thomas, a Fulbright scholar, martial artist and university professor with over 25 years of teaching experience.

Lifeline Indian Clubs are growing in popularity. Check your area for classes and groups!

Indian Clubs

Purchasing these Indian clubs and instructional DVD was one of the best moves I've made. The instructional dvd is very well made by Dr. Ed Thomas which makes it easy to learn the Indian club exercises. There are plenty of exercises to learn and you also can create your own when your good enough. I purchased these 2 lbs. Indian clubs for our son (plays varsity football & wrestling) who is already pretty strong. I would say to someone with not a lot of strength to purchase the 1 pounders for starting out. The Indian clubs are great and well made. This exercise system can really benefit your shoulder range, motion, flexibility, & strength. They also can help to avoid injury due to these benefits from being dedicated to using this system. Your grip, wrists, forearms, etc. will also benefit from these Indian club exercises.
