Walking works for me
This is so smart! I’m a ‘mall walker’ during the winter and in bad weather and then I walk trails during the warmer months. Walking has always been my favorite way to stay in shape. I take supplements and had recently started using a home weights gym to help my bone density. I’m 60, and in good shape but the in-home weight lifting is just not my preferred way to exercise. I like your Powrwalk because it’s simple and I don’t have to change what I enjoy to use it. Walking works for me (and about 90 million other American’s that walk) and I just think this is smart and you’re really on to something.
