Fast workout at home!

I recently bought these in desperation because I need to be able to do a fast workout quickly and at home, but I didn't have the money or room for all the equipment I have used before when I was a member of a gym. You can literally do anything with these that you can do in a gym. I have had no issues with these cables, and the amount of resistance is very flexible.

I do not know how these compare to other resistance cords, but I am very happy with these.

Also be careful with the door attachment. There is a lot of weight pulling down and if they are not properly attached they could easily snap back at you with some mean force!
