It's a whole new level!

Yesterday, I received two mind-blowing pieces of equipment: A TNT cable set with 3 levels of tubing and a Power Wheel. You can see pictures of the PW exercises. You can think you know what they're all about. But until you actually try them, you don't know nothin'. I can't believe the quality, INTENSITY and variety of possibilities with this piece of equipment.
I have been following the Monkey Bar Gym Online Training Program for several months. I am in the best shape of my life and I still have time to live my life. Today I realized just how much more is possible. The exercise substitutions will get you in great shape but using the real Lifeline gear takes it to a whole new level. I can't wait to see how far I can go.
