Power Push-up 3

I like the power push up.
It's simple to use and built to last. I put off buying it for a long time because I thought the bands would be flimsy and easy to stretch. But I was wrong, this thing is challenging to the point that I can only use it with four bands instead of the six that came with it.
The only thing that I dislike about the power push up 3 is that the side of it digs in your back if you don't position it right.

I recommend the power push up to anyone that wants stronger arms and a bigger chest without using weights.
