Third-party comparison of the Lifeline USA Portable Gym to other name brand home gyms
I have purchased a Lifeline Gym and am writing this letter to inform you of my reaction to this exercise device. I exercise daily for an average of 3 hours per day and, as you will see on the attached page, I have a great deal of money invested in exercise equipment.
The portability and cost, of the Lifeline Gym, makes it an affordable and practical system. Any person interested in physical fitness can afford to purchase this system which is capable of maintaining or improving their physical fitness depending on the effort applied.
The exercise equipment that I own and use is very good, but it lacks the portability of the Lifeline Gym. Whenever I have to go somewhere I can take the gym with me and not have to miss a daily workout. The system is both unilateral and bilateral. I receive the cardiovascular component which gives me a complete workout by running in place, rowing, squatting and various swimming motions, while using the Lifeline Gym. The resistance is smooth, gradual and achieves full muscle extension. The Lifeline Gym offers both concentric and eccentric workouts not attainable with some of the other more expensive exercise equipment. The various bands available make the Lifeline Gym suitable for both beginner and avid exercise enthusiasts.
As far as the Lifeline Gym, there is no one exerciser that can give a complete cardiovascular and strength training workout, like the Lifeline Gym. This is from years of experience and backs up the statement.
