Allows some specific isolation of arm and leg muscles Review by Pharmtechdon: I had to call Life Line to find out how to attach the distal end to the door attachment, but once done (LifeLine Customer Service was great) I was able to work each leg area, and the the upper arm. It seems to give a good workout. I like it. (Posted on 2/7/12)
