Door anchors are an essential part of any cable system. By anchoring to something other than your body, you can change the angle of resistance and drastically increase the number of exercises you can perform with your fitness cables.

The Heavy-Duty Door Anchor is constructed of industrial webbing, and can hold up to 350 lbs. of pressure. It's longer, wider strap makes it easier to fit through a doors hinge-side gap, and it features an oversized anchor stop for added security. The flexible cable cradle reduces friction and wear on the cable, and stays between the cables and the abrasive strapping by "self-centering" under pressure. The cable cradle's oversized pocket can hold up to 3 of Lifeline's R10 fitness cables, for a maximum peak-resistance of 300 lbs.
