Already got a couple friends to grab this and the jungle gym xt. Makes the pushup a power-house in my workout. I never enjoyed benching cause you need a spotter and it doesn't work your legs or core. I have a weight-vest and that has it's limitations: sliding to your neck. so this is the best choice for me, being able to do 100+ pushups in one sitting I still find the massive advantages I could never get from clap ups let alone pushups.

I would suggest the push up bands for anyone who doesnt have a gym membership or doesn't have time to go to a gym. These bands will build your body like no other resistance EVER! (Posted on 10/10/11)

I haven't tried this product but can see the obvious benefits, but I wish more than push ups were shown. The description says:
"In addition to traditional push-ups and dips, the Power Pushup can be used to add intensity to lunges, arm rows, rear deltoid flys and much, much more."
So I can picture dips easily enough (though I think it would make sense to show this) but I am a bit in the dark about how you would use this in lunges, and especially back movements like rows and rear delt flies. I am particularly interested in the last one.
If you buy this, does it come with an instruction manual illustrating how to do this? I would really like to see a picture of how it could work. Very interested in building rear delts to balance out the pushing muscles built from push ups. (Posted on 10/3/11)
