I mounted one train station in my living room and use one in my hallway. Since I can balance myself in the hallway and work off my door. doing leg exercises come with great ease and balance. After I broke my Patella I never really got my legs really strong again until now. Doing squats take on a whole new ease by being able to balance myself and having a lift up as I am building my muscle is very helpful. Lunges are now possible with the train station. Exercises that I needed assistance with that I skipped are now being built up again and the lift back up via resistance bands is working for me. Just purchased one for my sister for her birthday. I am thrilled with the possibilities that the Train Station is providing for me. (Posted on 10/27/11)

As A Trainer I use this constantly with my clients..super portable and totally stable and easy to use ..use it for my own workout as well..can't be beat!! Especially at this price. (Posted on 4/14/11)
