I want to tell yo u how much I enjoy using the XT Suspension System. The improvements you ahve made in the XT take the system to another level. Excellent, but could be improved easily Review by BobW

I really like the handles and foot stirrups. Superslow HIT bodyweight suspension training is my favourite mode of exercise although I also have dumbells, a Total Trainer and Bodylastics bands. I'm 79 so safaty of use is important to me. (Posted on 9/18/11)

My name is Derek Toshner, owner of TNT Fitness Results. My degree is in Exercise Science, and hold many credentials such as Certified Kettlebell Functional Movement Specialist CK-FMS, Russian Kettlebell Challenge Level II RKC II, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist CSCS. I have experience training thousands of clients, one of which being myself having run at the Olympic Trials, winning the CrossFit Upper Mid-West Championships 2x, and holding 3 kettlebell records in snatching (24kg 297 reps 10-min, 32kg 210 reps 10-min, 16kg 1000 uninterrupted in 33:47). I have been using the Jungle Gym XT for a while now, and truly enjoy this product. It is easier to get in and out of in comparison to it's competition, which is ideal for fast moving classes. The fact that it is not connected in the middle allows for a wider variety of exercises, and less arm rubbing on the straps, however, it still has the ability to connect in the middle to provide a workout in almost any location. Also, having the ability to fully zip the straps up to the anchor point allows for a wider variety of exercises including assisted muscle ups, and Olympic ring style pull-ups. I think this product is a better product than similar brands available, and the fact that it is about half the price is simply amazing. Thanks Lifeline and Jungle Gym XT!

Love it!!!
The new Jungle Gym XT is a slam dunk as the best suspension unit available. And, this is coming from a "TRX certified" coach, who has referred countless men and women towards that product! Now, things have changed.
I have had to combine gymnast rings with the TRX in all of my own training, and coaching of clients and athletes. The XT is best of both worlds... AND better.
I only have one XT at this time and a gym filled with "the other" suspension trainers. Hopefully soon the XT will be the only suspension trainer I'll use.
The foot cradles are awesome enhancement along with other features. You obviously put significant R&D into this newest product, and listened to feedback.
Also, the Pullup Revolution has become a new tool at McConnell Athletics as well.
I will now be sending everyone to the JGXT for suspension training.
Keep up your great work. I am proud to know you as a brother in strength.
