This is another extraordinary piece of equipment made by Lifeline. The simple fact is that there are instances where only a specialized piece of exercise equipment can do the best job in hitting certain muscles in a certain way. There is no substitute for Power Wheel pikeups, or certain animal movements. I consider the Power Wheel to be one of the top 3 pieces of exercise specific equipment a person could have. Plus it can be used as an ab wheel....two birds with one stone. And it is $25 less than the "Ab Grinder."

I am very pleased with my Power Wheel. I received my order quickly and assembly was easy. The exercise chart plus instructional DVD is like having a personal trainer break down the each movement and what/why muscle groups are targeted. The Power Wheel hits your core directly like a laser. I felt the burn 12 seconds into the first exercise. I let my brother try it and he liked it so much I gave it to him to take home. I am now going to order another. I definitely recommend the Power Wheel. My customer experience was excellent!

The first product that I bought from Lifeline was the Power Wheel. I must admit that I was concerned that it would not be strong enough to withstand the abuse that I planned to put it through. The Power Wheel has passed every test with flying colors! I do heavy weighted wheel rollouts. I drag weight behind the Power Wheel while doing Pike Ups. I have even attached my car behind the Power Wheel and walked on my hands across a parking lot. The Power Wheel was more than strong enough and has become one of my favorite pieces of strength equipment... Lifeline products are innovative, convenient, portable, affordable and effective.

Yesterday, I received two mind-blowing pieces of equipment: A TNT cable set with 3 levels of tubing and a Power Wheel. You can see pictures of the PW exercises. You can think you know what they're all about. But until you actually try them, you don't know nothin'. I can't believe the quality, INTENSITY and variety of possibilities with this piece of equipment.
I have been following the Monkey Bar Gym Online Training Program for several months. I am in the best shape of my life and I still have time to live my life. Today I realized just how much more is possible. The exercise substitutions will get you in great shape but using the real Lifeline gear takes it to a whole new level. I can't wait to see how far I can go.

My uncle got the power wheel from you and I love it, and it is also a very hard work out. I couldn't last 10 minutes doing my abs on it at the beginning. I have never in my life had abs like I do now. I can't wait until my uncle gets your next new product so I can try it out. If you don't mind is it ok that I write an article on the machine he is using? I think you are good inventors when it comes to keeping your body in shape. I must say that I am very impressed with the Power Wheel. I am doing work for Gold's Gym and I am going to recommend that they try them out in the new programs that they are tailoring for athletes.
