PP3 is CRAZY! We just added it to our 300 Warrior Workouts and it is awesome. Insane upper body punishment, and you have to use your legs and core to support yourself. LOVE it. Kris from Arizona

I like the power push up.
It's simple to use and built to last. I put off buying it for a long time because I thought the bands would be flimsy and easy to stretch. But I was wrong, this thing is challenging to the point that I can only use it with four bands instead of the six that came with it.
The only thing that I dislike about the power push up 3 is that the side of it digs in your back if you don't position it right.
I recommend the power push up to anyone that wants stronger arms and a bigger chest without using weights.
Even for travel!

I just wanted to let you know that the Power Pushup is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I have spent years looking for a good way to increase power with pushups. The Power Pushup allows me to get the motion of a pushup without having to do a ridiculous number of repetitions. I especially like using the Power Pushup on top of pushup handles to increase chest strength and flexibility. It is a very practical and portable strength building tool.
