Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good idea!!! It brings some change to my abs training. A new tool to avoid boredom. You can get the same moves that with the suspension system. I like the fact that you can use it with your hands or on your feet. After some time training on your knee, you can start working towards a full extension with the wheel on your feet (easier), and then try the extension while holding the wheel standing facing a wall. The better you become, the more distance you take from the wall to increase you range of motion. It helps. The hamstring curls work well and you can easily alternate between abs and hamstrings work like in a superset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The One I've had my power wheel for several years now. If I had to choose only 1 piece of exercise equipment to use for the rest of my life then the power wheel would be it. There are numerous positions/movements you can do with it. Pick any 2 and work up to 50+ reps and you'll be more fit than 99% of the human population.
