Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't be afraid of pull-ups! I have to admit that the title of my review sounds confusing but it is easily explained. I am a 49 y.o. guy with 230 lbs (not only lean muscle mass) and wasn't able to do a single pull-up in my whole life! I started with continous strenght training in 2014. In May I bought the Pullup Revolution Pro and had to use the blue cables (90 lbs resistance). I trained pull-ups at least 3 days in a week and now in December I can do 10 to 12 pull-ups but without any assistance. I did bend over rows (supinated and pronated grip), inverted rows and deadlifts in addition and also used a chest expander (also from Lifetime USA) for shoulder and back workout. I am strongly convinced that the Pullup Revolution Pro help me to finally do pull-ups. I strongly recommend this product to everyone struggeling with pull-ups. It is worth the money.
