Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great portable pull up system! Simple, light, and fits most doors as long as the door can be closed properly. My flat could not accommodate a pull up bar. Those two handles are a perfect replacement. The friction against the door makes it slightly more difficult. I used this system is the second phase of my rehab after a cervical hernia c6-c7. It helps keeping the technique and alignment proper. When i was able to do 10 against the door, it converter into 15 on a bar.
