Portable Power Jumper

SKU: 4-PPJ-GROUP

Description

Whether you're looking to increase your vertical jump or gain speed, agility and power, the Portable Power Jumper is a great tool. The Power Jumper is unlike any other platform or weight-based jump trainers because it doesn't increase strain and damage to your knees, and it is portable - allowing you to train anywhere and incorporate agility and hand-eye drills into your training program.

In Monkey Bar Gym's summer basketball training camps, the Portable Power Jumper and "2-1-None" drill add an average of 8" to participants vertical jump and 12" to their broad jump. These results are unprecedented, easily duplicated and utilize a very simple program. (DVD included.)

Portable Power Jumper comes with:

  • Two 5 ft. cables (40lbs. peak resistance each) with padding
  • Two foot stirrups with 3-in-1 cable pockets
  • One instructional DVD with brochure by fitness expert Jon Hinds

"Prince of the Basketbal Dunk" uses Power Jumper Review by Jamillian Mormon
Submitted by Anonymous on Mon, 11/24/2008 - 16:04.

My name is Jamillian Mormon I am a professional athlete and Lifeline product user, I have played professional basketball in Germany, The professional Show Circuit and put on slam dunk shows in the USA and Europe. I am also featured on a Plyometric training DVD call Power Plyos (you can read more about it a powerplyos.com) I have been dubbed as the most exciting dunker in the world and the Prince of the dunk. I am 58 and have a 51 inch vertical jump! A big help to adding inches to my vertical jump was a routine I developed using a Power Jumper, the workout combined with your Portable Power Jumper and 11 pound medicine ball helped me add an amazing 13 inches to my vertical jump. During the last two years I have had 11 high school players train with me during my summer workouts using this same routineall 11 of the players have increased their vertical jump height by more then 10 inches and 8 of these players received NCAA division one basketball scholarships (Wright State, Long Beach State, Oral Roberts University, Idaho State, The University of Nevada, University of California Santa Barbara, Texas Southern and the University of Washington) since the program only used the vertical jumper and medicine ball it is totally safe for young athletes and because the program is flexible and progressive there is a lower possibility of Achilles and Patellar tendentious. This season I have taken on the challenge of trying to take a rebuilding show team (www.harlemrockets.com) to the top of the show basketball industry. This will give me the unique opportunity to play and speak at over 100 high schools and colleges this fall and winter location in 6 countries next summer.

Product:
Portable Power Jumper
The Lifeline USA Portable Power Jumper is a fairly recent development in vertical jump training. Its unique and clever design allows the trainer to quickly incorporate the many benefits of band training into their program. It is something we use extensively in our own training and recommend you do too.
... In terms of making gains quicker, yes absolutely [it does work]. We are big advocates of its potential. It is our opinion that no other device allows you to create the kinds of efficiencies in your workout like the Power Jumper does.

I was reading your feedback ...(Portable Power Jumper) Review by Gigi Jacobs, BodyByGiGi
Submitted by Info@LifelineUSA.com on Fri, 01/09/2009 - 11:32.

I was reading your feedback and comments about your lifeline cables. I have to say, I thought it was just my imagination, but I was sure your cables had a much different, real feel to the resistance. Now I read others have noticed the same thing. I'm a fitness trainer and bought a few cables from other companies but they always do just stop moving after you pull them a few inches. I tried yours by accident and am still trying to figure out how you got them to move more like a real wieght...and be more consistent throughout the entire lenght of the pull. I've now purchased a whole set and am recommending them to clients. Your cables have changed my entire response to the cable system idea. I actually now prefer them to my free wieghts--something I thought you'd never hear come out of my mouth.
