to put my review in context: I've been at an "advanced" physical level for the last 10 years-- high-impact / HIIT cardio and I lift heavy. then I found out I was sick and needed to start chemotherapy and everything changed. I quit my gym to be practical, but didn't want to sacrifice my health entirely. enter LifelineUSA and their great products, namely the TNT Cable System. not only do I get a more effective workout with these cables than I did at the gym, but I've been able to regain and increase the muscle mass that I've lost since this recent medical ordeal by using these cables, EVEN THROUGH CHEMO. granted, some days are much, much harder than others, but my doctors are amazed and I've gotten them to recommend this product to other patients. I also recommend the Monster Walk and the Power Jump Rope (though I admittedly can't use the latter as often anymore). I've tried other resistance bands and all pale in comparison to the TNT System. I've even gotten an amateur bodybuilder to integrate the TNT System with three black (100lb) cables into his regimen and he's a believer. thank you so much for a great product, customer service and for keeping my physical and mental health in check. TNT Resistance Band great, compact product Review by Chuck

I just wanted to write and tell you how much I enjoy the TNT Resistance Band program. Because I live in an apartment, I have limited space for workout equipment and this program is perfect. I have been using this program for about 3 weeks now and I am totally blown away buy the workouts and the results I am getting. I find myself inspired everytime I put the DVD in the player and listen to John during the Warm-up, and I really enjoy the workouts and the ability to change the workouts up and still achieve results. Very Pleased Review by Jerry

I got this a few days ago, watched the DVD was very informative and helpful for beginners. I was suprised to see that earlier editions were available with a poster of workouts. That was my only issue after learning of this but it was remedied very fast, I sent an email asking how I can get one, within moments I got a reply saying give an address to send it to. This just puts their product on a higher level, customer service was great. I will recommend to everyone and I hope I can show results fast! :) (Posted on 1/23/12)

I tried a set of the "other guys" system with the clip on cables. Their cables were stiff and hard on my joints. The LIFELINE TNT cables are SO MUCH BETTER. They have a smooth feel to them all the through the pull. At the highest point of resistance the other bands were unmovable and felt stiff as if they wanted to spring back, on the other hand, the LIFELINE TNT bands still had a bit of stretch in them and could be held and returned slowly to the starting resistance. I found the TNT BANDS are more effective in my strength increases as I used the others for three months and the LIFELINE TNT bands for three months. Hype aside, LIFELINE TNT BANDS are just plain superior. (Posted on 5/31/11)

Best bands available, hands down. Review by Jack - MA

I have had my TNT cable system for at least 4 or 5 years now. I have every band level as well. This piece of equipment is all I need for a fast, effective and challenging workout. They can work any part of your body, from head to toe. I have tried other bands through other companies but not one has held up against the quality of the Lifeline bands. The best thing about this band system is that anyone, regardless of age, can use them. The different band levels makes this easy. They are extremely durable and can be used anywhere. I will often take them to the park, the beach, on vacation, etc. If you are a guy who is skeptical of band training because you don't think it can give you the amount of resistance that you can get from free weights, I would challenge you to try the TNT system with it's three cable at once handles with the thicker level bands and then tell me it doesn't give enough resistance. I purchased the TNT cables and a few bands to see how they work. I wanted to see how they work and get change of pace from lifting the free weights. Wow! was I surprised with the resistance, flexibility and smooth feel from the start to end of the repetition. My workouts are more efficient and I maintain the high intensity. I have referred your product to all my friends trains with weights and I have picked up additional cables. Great product!!!!!

I started using Lifeline Equipment with my wrestlers before I even owned a "real" gym. We trained in my garage, my backyard and at local playgrounds and empty school fields. We used TNT Bands, Kettlebells and more and the results were deadly! Deadly for their opponents that is, as my wrestlers became some of the most physically dominant wrestlers I had ever witnessed. Our workouts were probably considered crazy as we would do things like bear crawls down AND backwards UP stairs. At the top we wrestled with the TNT bands and in empty fields we pressed, carried, rowed and even threw our Kettlebells. I can honestly and easily say that without the use of Lifeline's equipment we would have NEVER been so dominant as athletes!

I've never liked the inconsistency of bands - easy at the beginning and tougher at the end. But Lifeline Fitness Cables have changed my mind. Their unique manufacturing process makes a fitness band that feels different from anything else on the market. These bands pull the same at the beginning of a row as at the end. They're also much more resistant to the inevitable tears and breads that make band training nerve racking to the safety-minded trainer. I love these bands so much that I'm in the process of replacing all the bands in my studio with Lifeline Fitness Cables.

I have had nothing but great things to say about the results that I have had using your product. I go through the workouts and have no joint pain like I experienced before with free weights. I have since told everyone of my friends who workout regularly about the TNT cables and how you can get a super workout with them. Let me give you a little bit of my background. I am a certified advance personal trainer, former Army Drill Sgt and was national level bodybuilder so I think I know what works and what doesn't. Your product works!!! I have had mine now for 6 months and have purchased all the cable 20-100lbs. At the Men's ministry at my church I gave a demonstration workout with the few cables. The men were very skeptical when I pulled out handles and just a few cables. But after I went through a few exercises and let them feel the cables work for themselves they were hooked. I had several asked me where I got them. Our ministry will have a fitness seminar in January and I will give another workout demonstration using the cables.
Again just wanted to let you know your products are great!
